Welcome
Now come one, come all to this tragic affair----

Welcome to Nightmares & Daydreams. A modern day rp that takes place in a psychiatric hospital.

You were thrown in here for one reason or another. Dumped in this hellhole they call Daniel Grey Psychiatric Hospital, or actually more commonly known as the local loony bin of California. When you think "psychiatric hospital" or "mental institution" I'm sure the first thing you think are those scary asylums they have in the movies with bright white lights everywhere and people in straight jackets not talking to each other.

I guess in a way Daniel Grey is like that in the sense that a lot of the walls and floors here are a bright white. But there aren't any people in straight jackets and a lot of the people here talk to each other. Actually the patients here are friendly in most cases, save for the few that are anti-social beyond belief. And they can dress how they want,it's actually quite homey here so don't be afraid when you're dropped off for the first time.

Whether you be a normal human being who decided to work here at Daniel Grey as a therapist or security or an unstable patient you are welcome here, just remember. Lights out at 10 PM and DO NOT step out of your room past midnight.

Dr. Evans has a simple, standard apartment though he usually uses his living room for a sort of extra therapy room that is much more homey and used for special cases (patients he meets with regularly). Of course the same gorilla glass on every window in this place takes place and he right across from his living room is the kitchen. He has a simple one room apartment and unless he is sleeping or doing other important things he keeps the door open for patients in case they need him but he is not in his office.

Dr. Evans Appartnemt Empty Re: Dr. Evans Appartnemt

Post by Alexander Evans Wed Dec 11, 2013 9:02 pm

Upon arriving at his room he noticed the note card and couldn't help but to smile. 'How nice' he thought as he pulled the note card from his door. It had been a while since he had just relaxed with another staff member, lately things had been busy since a lot of the staff had dropped from Daniel Grey, after all Daniel Grey sometimes gets some pretty crazy people. Not only had a lot of the staff gone away in the past few months so he was busier but he also took his job seriously, it was the one of the only things he did for fun.

"Wouldn't hurt" he muttered to himself before opening the door to his apartment. First he was going to change clothes. He had been in these clothes for practically two days and hygiene was important to him, he had pulled an all nighter (bad habit staying up all night) however so he didn't really sleep in the clothes, just wore them for two days.

So once he shut his door he looked around his living room. It was a mess, he wasn't even sure when or how it had gotten like this just suddenly things were everywhere. He could only assume that maybe sometime during a private therapy session one of the patents had gotten frightened by something maybe and lashed out. His guess was it could have been one of the more violent patients.. Adrian perhaps or Hayley (a patient who has recently been transferred to a more strict hospital). Alexander just simply sighed and shrugged as he pulled his coat off. He wasn't that concerned about it though, he'd just clean up tonight.

The therapist had now stripped down to his pants, leaving his coat and shirt slung neatly over his couch, making a mental note to throw them in the washer before leaving. Traveling to his room he pulled out a long sleeve shirt and black pants, pulling off his current shoes and pants and folding them on the bed he replaced his pants and shirt, rolling up the leaves on the long sleeved black shirt and slipping his black shoes back on.

"Thats a bit more comfortable" he said to himself as he picked his old pants from off the bed he stopped by the living room to grab his jacket and throw them all into the wash. It bothered him to leave his living room in thus condition (even though it had most likely been like this for a while) he left his apartment to go to Carthurs.

I need your broken promises

"I'm telling someone you're being mean to me!" Adrian had sobbed and the therapist just sighed in return. "Adrian.." he lightened his grip some and glared in warning at the patient. "I don't want to be mean to you.. but you can be so stubborn some times." Alexander actually didn't hate Adrian, he adored him. The dark haired boy intrigued Alexander, the way he interacted with people in not exactly a hostile way, but a way like a cat tries to look tough in front of a dog. You can always tell Adrian is scared, or at least Alexander could but maybe that's just cause he's been around him so long. No matter how mean and aggressive he gets, Adrian always just looks scared.

As Spencer followed behind him, Alexander smiled slightly and nodded. "I'm Dr. Evans by the way.... not sure we've officially met but I run the group therapy sessions. And considering you and Mr. Clark share a room I'm sure he's talked about me plenty." He smirked and let go of Adrian hand to place it on his head and rub his head, ruffling the red tuffs of messy hair. "When did you dye your hair anyways? Better yet, who gave you hair dye?"

He doubted Adrian would answer him, but it didn't hurt to ask. He shifted his hand back down, positioning it so he could quickly grab Adrian again if he tried to run but still giving him freedom. Naturally, Adrian fell back so he was walking beside Spencer. Of course Alexander noticed how close the two had grown, and he couldn't say he was surprised. He'd requested for the two to be in a room together cause he thought that they would get along well, their personalities didn't clash but instead mixed perfectly. They understood each other, Spencer was just like a more shy version of Adrian. Sure their personality traits were different and they handled things differently but they were similar and there was no mistake in that, and Alexander knew Adrian was more comfortable with people who understood and have gone through similar things as him.

He noted that the first year Adrian was at Daniel Grey. 2 years didn't seem like that much time, but it was. Much to anyone's surprise there was a lot of progress that Adrian had made during the last few years. When he first came, he didn't look to good. His hair was black just as it had always been, but it was shorter. His hands were covered in bandages and burns and his face was cut and split up. To this day Alexander has no idea what made him look like that when he first arrived. He literally jumped at everything though, he was still stubborn like he is now (to less of an extreme), but he was far less aggressive, he was more passive and Alexander but if someone were to tell him to run off a cliff, or worse kill someone he would do it simply out of fear. As time raged on though, Adrian started becoming more defiant of people, instead of being skittish he was just as firey and rude as he is now.

During the first year Adrian and Alexander were closest. Because he didn't have a roommate for the first few months, Adrian was afraid. Because Alexander suffered from insomnia as well, the two of them would just stay up all night together and most the time, Adrian wouldn't even talk. Usually, they just sat in silence, Dr. Evans doing paper work and organizing files and Adrian drawing silently on the floor or filling in coloring books. Dr. Evans was the one who gave Adrian the bad habit of drawing and writing on things. He had said something about expressing yourself can often be a good way for a lot of people to feel better, make the bad things go away. Of course it connected in Adrian's mind that writing and drawing literally constantly would make his hallucinations stop. Alexander just didn't stop him cause it did make Adrian feel better and more safe.

Suddenly, though, around the end of his first year, Adrian started hating Alexander just like he hates everyone else. He was never sure what happened, but he knew that when he told Adrian that he had insomnia before he was over joyed and a little more accepting of the therapist, but then as Alexander tried to get the patient to open up more, to explain to him why he had hallucinations it all went down hill. Thats when he learned how much Adrian hates being called crazy, so much that he had actually ditched the only person he was friends with.

As they approached his apartment, Alexander pulled out his keys and opened the door. "You two can sit down" he said, motioning to his sitting area as he shoved his keys back into his pocket and disappeared into his kitchen. "I'm going to make some tea.. if you guys want some just say so." Adrian was more of a coffee person, but unfortunately Alexander preferred tea. It's in his British blood.

After turning the tea on he made his way back to the sitting area, joining the two men and sitting down in a chair across from them. "So, whats got you all worked up?" He said as he cross his legs, hooking his fingers and placing the palms of his hands on his knee.

Dr. Evans Appartnemt Empty Re: Dr. Evans Appartnemt

Post by Spencer Tue Jan 21, 2014 12:29 am

"Adrian... I don't want to be mean to you.. but you can be so stubborn some times." Dr. Evans spoke to Adrian after Adrian's remark. Spencer noticed how interesting their interactions were, and how Adrian had spoken of Dr. Evans. Spencer thought he seemed pretty nice, considering some doctors and therapists he'd come to know.

"I'm Dr. Evans by the way.... not sure we've officially met but I run the group therapy sessions. And considering you and Mr. Clark share a room I'm sure he's talked about me plenty. When did you dye your hair anyways? Better yet, who gave you hair dye?" Dr. Evans ruffled Adrian's dark red hair playfully, but Adrian kept the same annoyed expression. Man, these two were interesting.

"Nice to meet you," Spencer said quietly, watching his feet as they shuffled across the floor. He looked up and watched Adrian match his speed so the two walked beside each other. Spencer was feeling a bit better. He still shook on the inside. He longed to cling to Adrian, hug him and just cry with him. Spencer looked back down at his feet, watching the Converse slide along the floor. His head still pounded. He felt a headache coming. Crying always made his head hurt. He looked up at the sound of keys and watched Dr. Evans unlock a door and step inside. He followed after him.

"You two can sit down. I'm going to make some tea.. if you guys want some just say so." Dr. Evans said, motioning to a seating area. Spencer examined the apartment quickly, then sat down. He placed his hands in his lap and looked at them nervously. Therapists and doctors made him nervous. It didn't help that Victor had just visited. Spencer looked up for a moment, making sure that the grey man was no where to be seen, then looked back down at his hands. He picked nervously at his nails.

"So, whats got you all worked up?" Dr. Evans asked. Spencer's heart lept nervously. Yeah, there was no way in hell that he was talking. Spencer cast a glance at Adrian, then looked back at his hands, returning to picking at his nails, which had become short from the habit.

Post by Adrian Clark Tue Jan 21, 2014 1:32 am

"Adrian.. I don't want to be mean to you.. but you can be so stubborn some times." Adrian just glared back at him and sneered. How could Alexander ever have been his favorite therapist. He treated him like a baby, and he was only being stubborn cause he was being forced to go somewhere he didn't wanna. He didn't even wanna talk anymore, so he wasn't going to. Dr. Evans deserved to be ignored, he was a horrible man that people gave to much power and credit.

As his hand was released, Adrian slowed so he was next to Spencer. They weren't even talking but just standing by someone he was actually friends with made him feel better. "I'm Dr. Evans by the way.... not sure we've officially met but I run the group therapy sessions. And considering you and Mr. Clark share a room I'm sure he's talked about me plenty. When did you dye your hair anyways? Better yet, who gave you hair dye?" Adrian snorted and shrugged. Why did he care when he dyed his hair? And how has he not noticed by now? It proved how much he cared about him, which made him remember just why he hated the guy.

As they arrived at Dr. Evans' apartment Adrian looked around and sighed. It never changes here, its always to neat despite random piles of paper in various spots. Naturaly, Adrian wanted to change it around and mess it up. Just as he made his way to a shelf with an expensive looking vase on it, and picked up the vase, Dr. Evans was back in the room. "So, whats got you all worked up?" Adrian huffed, holding the vase close to his belly almost protectively before sitting down on the floor and looking up at Dr. Evans. He knew Dr. Evans thought he was a lunatic, and he also knew he thought he was this hostile animals but neither were true. Adrian was gentle despite his sometimes frantic and aggressive actions. Other patients typically don't talk to him, they stick to their own group so Adrian doesn't try to talk to them. If anyone trys to talk to him sure Adrian would be nice and talk to them, but no one does so he doesn't try. "Well I guess being taken against my will to an old, worn out, washed up therapist's apparent could really piss a man off." He said from where he was sat on the floor with the vase still in his lap.

He reached into his pocket, but with panic remembered he gave Spencer's marker back. Slowly, his stood up and put his vase where he was sitting and made his way somewhere else into the apartment which he recalled as Dr. Evans' office. Of course he found a marker there and as he pocketed it, he quickly made his way back to the sitting room and sat back down on the floor, put the vase in his lap, rolled up one of his sleeves and wrote across his arm "can't take the kid from the fight, take the fight from the kid." After that he just kept that one sleeve rolled up with the other remaining down.

Spencer watched Adrian mess around with one of Dr. Evans' decorations. Spencer tracked Adrian's movement as he examined the vase, grabbed it and took a seat on the floor. Spencer was slightly amused by the actions Adrian was partaking in, but his amusement was cut short as he remembered he was in Dr. Evans' apartment, and the therapist had just asked what was the matter. Spencer moved his hands nervously, his palms becoming sweaty. He wasn't crying anymore, why couldn't he just leave? He was sure Dr. Evans could notice the silence and assume that they didn't want to talk about it.

"Well I guess being taken against my will to an old, worn out, washed up therapist's apparent could really piss a man off." Adrian spoke, occupied with his vase. Spencer couldn't help but to chuckle nervously. Seeing movement out of the corner of his eye, Spencer looked up and watched Adrian deposit the vase in his spot and search around until he found a pen, and promptly wrote on himself, then returned to his sitting place with the vase once more in his lap. Spencer was reminded of the pen Adrian had given back to him and wondered what the man had written on his neck. Eh, he'd find out sooner or later.

Spencer looked up at Dr. Evans with a pleading expression. He desperately wanted to leave. He didn't want to be here in front of Dr. Evans' stare. He was probably judging him secretly. He was probably thinking Spencer was a baby for crying in front of him. Yea, he probably was.

"Can we go?" Spencer asked quietly, nervousness apparent in his tone. His gaze flitted from Dr. Evans to Adrian. He shifted in his seat on the couch and looked back at his palms on his lap. The silence was killing him, but it made him even more nervous to speak about what was going on. He could feel his heart rate increasing with every second.

I need your broken promises

Alexander looked at Adrian as he sat down with a vase in his lap. He always did weird things, hard to explain why and he never said why. Doing these little weird gestures just seemed to make him more comfortable and happy. After the question was there Spencer stayed quiet but of course Adrian had a witty comment to the question, he always does. "Well I guess being taken against my will to an old, worn out, washed up therapist's apparent could really piss a man off." The therapist just smiled slightly and raised his eyebrows. "Maybe the old, worn out, washed up therapist wouldn't have to take people against their will and piss them off if his patients weren't stubborn little sarcastic jits."

He watched as Adrian put the vase down and went off to Alexander's room to grab something. When he came back with a pen he wasn't surprised to see him write something on himself. "One of these days you're going to get ink poisoning" he said with a sigh. Through the corner of his eyes he saw Spencer look up at him with a look that made him feel sorry for him. How could someone as innocent as Spencer get caught up with someone as unpredictable and dangerous as Adrian?

"Can we go?" He asked finally, a nervous edge to his voice. He smiled slightly at him. "Don't you want to stay for tea?" he said lightly, trying to convince the two to stay without outright making them stay. He didn't want to get Spencer of his bad side as well. "I mean, you don't have to stay but I just thought it would be nice to talk a bit longer. I don't want to send you away if you're still upset. If it makes you feel uncomfortable you don't have to tell me everything, just let me know if someone...." he paused and focused Adrian in his gaze. "Or something is hurting you." It is best not to accuse Adrian of being ill, he takes it badly. It is futile effort to try and actually help him like any therapist would, for Adrian Alexander found it best to not directly indulge in his hallucinations, as that can sometimes freak him out if he thinks other people can see them but to offer help to stop what is hurting him, the demons as he calls them. "I can help" he confided. "There are different methods to keep these things from approaching you."

Adrian looked over at Spencer when he heard him laugh. He sort of smiled slightly in such a small way it was hardly even a smile, just a slight turn at the edges of his mouth. "Maybe the old, worn out, washed up therapist wouldn't have to take people against their will and piss them off if his patients weren't stubborn little sarcastic jits." Adrian narrowed his eyes and set his jaw weird, pulling the vase tighter to his stomach. "Are you even allowed to talk to us like that, what if that made me have a mental breakdown? Then you'd be in big trouble. might even get fired." He smirked at the therapist, however his comment seemed to have just been shrugged off.

"One of these days you're going to get ink poisoning" in regards to Adrian writing himself, and it was Adrian's turn to ignore a comment.

"Can we go?" Spencer asked nervously and Adrian looked hopefully at Alexander. "I mean, you don't have to stay but I just thought it would be nice to talk a bit longer. I don't want to send you away if you're still upset. If it makes you feel uncomfortable you don't have to tell me everything, just let me know if someone...." he paused and looked dead at Adrian, which just made him more angry. "Or something is hurting you. I can help, there are different methods to keep these things from approaching you." Boy this guy really got under Adrian's skin. He just wanted to feed them pills, make their senses dull so they were better targets, easier to kill when their senses are dull. It was infuriating even more that Dr. Evans actually pretended like he understood, better yet he was pretending he could make it all go away with a nod and a wave.

With a low grown Adrian tightened his grip on his pot. He had an idea, it was probably gonna get him in trouble. He was not gonna let Alexander talk like this though, he was just being cocky to think he go stop them, Adrian couldn't even protect Spencer from the demons so what made him think he could?

In an instant, he was on his feet and his vase was tossed clear across the room, slamming into the wall behind Dr. Evans as the therapist ducked to avoid getting a vase smashed into his face. "SHUT THE FUCK UP." Adrian was glaring at him fiercly, his jaw clenched and his fists formed into balls. "I don't want your god damn pills and neither does Spencer, you're gonna get us fucking killed if you give us that shit!" He groaned in frustration and swept his arms across the mini coffee table against the wall behind him, flinging the contents on it across the floor before he knocked it over. "I can save him not you, ME." He pointed his finger at himself and jabbed it forcibly at himself, though not letting it touch him. "You can't do shit and you never will be able to, so just stay the fuck away from me and him, we don't need you're help, and we sure as hell don't need your drugs." Still in his rage he grabbed Spencer's arm, pulling the guy up off the couch and leading him out the room, slamming the door after him and continuing down the hall. "Don't talk to him ever again Spencer. Don't tell him anything, he just wants to change you. He wants to tear down any protective walls you have put around yourself, break down your will and make you I fucking druggie so hyped up on medication you aren't even yourself." Of course Adrian was over exaggerating, but in his mind that really is what pills that keep you from hallucinating do. "He tried to do it to me but I wouldn't let him, I wont let him and he can't exactly shove the damned things down my throat."

He growled in frustration and once they were far enough away from Alexanders apartment, he pushed his back against the wall and slammed his head roughly into it. "Dammit why do they even care anyways. I'm not even crazy or ill or whatever the else they wanna fucking call it, I'm just tryin' to make it and they all want me dead! They want you dead to but I won't let them kill you, I promise I wont Spencer. Just don't say anything, not a word. Keep your mouth shut and I can still protect you. Don't let him get close to you like I did." He calmd down a bit and motioned to the writing on his arm. "Can't take the kid from the fight, take the fight from the kid. Thats Dr. Evans' method. He couldn't change me so you tried to break me down."

Dr. Evans Appartnemt Empty Re: Dr. Evans Appartnemt

Post by Spencer Thu Jan 23, 2014 11:10 pm

"Maybe the old, worn out, washed up therapist wouldn't have to take people against their will and piss them off if his patients weren't stubborn little sarcastic jits." Dr. Evans commented. Spencer looked up at Dr. Evans, who was playfully teasing Adrian with a smirk. Spencer smiled nervously.

"Are you even allowed to talk to us like that, what if that made me have a mental breakdown? Then you'd be in big trouble. might even get fired." Adrian commented. Spencer chuckled nervously once more. This communication between Adrian and Dr. Evans was somewhat entertaining.

"One of these days you're going to get ink poisoning" Dr. Evans remarked, referring to Adrian writing on himself. Spencer couldn't ever recall knowing someone who had gotten ink poisoning.

"I mean, you don't have to stay but I just thought it would be nice to talk a bit longer. I don't want to send you away if you're still upset. If it makes you feel uncomfortable you don't have to tell me everything, just let me know if someone.... Or something is hurting you. I can help, there are different methods to keep these things from approaching you." Dr. Evans said in regards to Spencer's question. Spencer looked up at him hopefully. That meant he could leave. And there was no way he was going to say anything. He didn't believe that anything would make Victor stop. That's what all the therapists said. They say they could help but they couldn't whatever they said didn't work. It just made it worse. Suddenly, Adrian stood up, letting the vase he was holding topple down to the ground.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP. I don't want your god damn pills and neither does Spencer, you're gonna get us fucking killed if you give us that shit!" Adrian said angrily. Abruptly, Adrian walked over to a coffee table and swept his arms across it, knocking the things upon it on to the ground.

"I can save him not you, ME. You can't do shit and you never will be able to, so just stay the fuck away from me and him, we don't need you're help, and we sure as hell don't need your drugs." Adrian said, full of rage. Spencer eyed him in surprise. What did he mean by 'he could save him'? Save him from what? Victor?

The man suddenly gripped Spencer's arm and pulled him off of the couch and pulled him out the door. He then hurriedly lead him into the hallway and slammed the door to Dr. Evans' apartment.

"Don't talk to him ever again Spencer. Don't tell him anything, he just wants to change you. He wants to tear down any protective walls you have put around yourself, break down your will and make you I fucking druggie so hyped up on medication you aren't even yourself. He tried to do it to me but I wouldn't let him, I wont let him and he can't exactly shove the damned things down my throat." Adrian said as he pulled Spencer along. Spencer was quite confused. Maybe Victor was right about the meds, that they were bad. Victor had always told him the medications were evil, and Spencer had always feared that what he said was true. Maybe it was true? Well, there was now more reason to not take them.

Adrian groaned frustratedly and suddenly stopped pulling Spencer and thrust himself against a wall.

Don't let him get close to you like I did. Can't take the kid from the fight, take the fight from the kid. That's Dr. Evans' method. He couldn't change me so he tried to break me down." Adrian told Spencer.

Spencer just nodded. He was quite confused. He didn't know what Adrian was talking about. He didn't think anyone could stop Victor, even Adrian, if that was what he was talking about. He opened and closed his mouth, trying to come up with what to say. He was flattered that Adrian was trying to 'save him' or whatever that meant. He didn't think Adrian was crazy or ill either, just scared. Scared of things, and Spencer wasn't quite sure of what.

"I-I don't think you're crazy," Spencer said. He looked down at his feet then back at Adrian, unsure of what to say.

Spencer was quite for a while, until finally, "I-I don't think you're crazy." He smiled slightly and huffed. "You keep saying that but surely thats not the complete truth." He laughed, his shoulders shaking, but it was more of a silent laugh. One of those laughs people do when they want to mask crying with laughter, Adrian wasn't going to cry again. "It's nice to hear that though, I know I'm not crazy but it's nice to hear someone else say it." He lifted himself off the wall and looked at the digital clock which was hung on the wall and covered in a metal cage. It was already 8:24 AM, time sure does fly when you're pissed or crying.

"It's free time now.. maybe we could go watch a movie or something. Luckily we don't have group thera-" his sentence was cut short and his already pale face turned completely white. Just down the hall was two security people, much taller and much stronger than Adrian accompanied by Dr. Evans. "Shit..." he hissed, backing up slowly. "No.. no no no no no no" he bit his bottom lip anxiously and glanced at Spencer. he thought about running, but they would surely catch up to him. Maybe if he bit them they'd leave him alone, but he doubted it. He was just like a cornered animal, he didn't want them to take him away and he knew they would.

"Fuck.. no..." his hand shot out and grabbed Spencer's wrist, not exactly tightly but more firmly. "No.. Spencer please.. PLEASE don't let them take me away. They'll lock me up.. I'll be alone and they take away my marker and things happen.. things hurt me and it's like no one hears me or something and I'm completely alone.. isolated." He made a low whining noise. By now, they were right up on him and he was sure it would be stupid to resist. "I assume you had to have expected this Adrian." God he hated Dr. Evans. He just shrugged his shoulders, let one of the larger guy's put a hand on his shoulder and then he was led away. He hadn't been to solitary confinement in a while, he just remembered it was scary, and right now he was shaking so badly and his eyes felt heavy, knees weak.

"Do I have to go?" He said softly, looking up at the guy with his hand on his shoulder. "Yes." Adrian looked down and sighed. "Okay." And that was the last conversation he had before being dumped into the white, fluffy room. Why would they even put people in here? It just freaks him out.. it makes him more vulnerable to creatures wanting to kill him. "Only a day" he whispered nervously to himself as he walked slowly to his bed in the small room and curled into a ball on top of it. "Only a day."

Dr. Evans Appartnemt Empty Re: Dr. Evans Appartnemt

"You keep saying that but surely that's not the complete truth." Adrian spoke, slightly smiling as he leaned against the wall.

"But it is the complete truth," Spencer insisted, "I think you're sane." Spencer did believe it, as he had thought before, Adrian wasn't insane, just fearful. And fear made you seem crazy.

"It's nice to hear that though, I know I'm not crazy but it's nice to hear someone else say it." Adrian added, looking up at the wall. Spencer looked too, and noticed the time, 8:24. Wow, time passed fast. Spencer looked back at Adrian.

"It's free time now.. maybe we could go watch a movie or something. Luckily we don't have group thera-" Adrian began to say, but cut himself short. The shorter man was looking behind Spencer in horror. Spencer's heart lept as he spun around, seeing two security guards and Dr. Evans. His heart beat seemed to slow at seeing the three, then looked back at Adrian again.

"Shit... No.. no no no no no no" Adrian mumbled and hissed. He looked utterly terrified, then glanced back at Spencer. Spencer was confused, why was Adrian so afraid of these men?

"Fuck.. no... No.. Spencer please.. PLEASE don't let them take me away. They'll lock me up.. I'll be alone and they take away my marker and things happen.. things hurt me and it's like no one hears me or something and I'm completely alone.. isolated." Adrian begged and grabbed a hold of Spencer's hand. Spencer understood in an instant. These guards were going to take Adrian to solitary confinement. Spencer's breath caught in his throat. Adrian was leaving? What! How long would he stay. In an instant, Spencer felt like crying again. Adrian was his only friend, the only person he talked to at Daniel Grey. What the hell would he do without him?

"I assume you had to have expected this Adrian." Dr. Evans spoke. It gave Spencer yet another reason to doubt Dr. Evans nice intentions. Didn't he know that he was taking Spencer's only friend away?! Spencer gripped Adrian's hand tightly.

"Please don't take him," Spencer spoke quietly, looking up at Dr. Evans pleadingly. Spencer understood why Adrian was being taken though. The man had thrown a vase at Dr. Evans and said some unkind things to him. One of the guards put his arm on Adrian's shoulder, and began to walk away. Spencer let his hand travel with Adrian's until it was further enough away that their hands broke apart. Spencer's hand fell limply to his side as he watched helplessly as Adrian was guided down the hallway to solitary confinement.

Spencer stood and watched until Adrian was out of sight. He stood there forlornly. He felt lost. Sure, he'd known Adrian for little over a week but he wasn't sure what to do. He hated being alone and the thought of being without Adrian scared him. Victor always visited him frequently when he was alone.

Moments passed and Spencer continued to stand in the middle of the hallway. He realized he should probably go somewhere. He needed something to do, something to keep him busy. He remembered something Adrian said, that they played movies in the lobby. Maybe he should go check it out. Perhaps there were other people in the lobby too.

Spencer began walk down the hallway, recalling when he first arrived and how to get it the Lobby. It took him a few minutes, but he eventually found his way into the room.
