Appearance:

Chloe is a girl of average height with a slender build. Like the natural shade of her hair and the light blue of her eyes, her skin is very fair - and unlike most who might try to either mask it or tan it into submission, Chloe often chooses to accentuate it by making use of darker hued cosmetics, giving her face a more dramatic appearance. Her style of dress varies with her mood, and she is just as likely to found in a romantically ruffled dress as she is skinny jeans and combat boots...and though she's very rarely seen in pink, it's not unknown to happen.

Personality:

Chloe is a devious and malicious sort of girl - the type of person that, though she knows the difference between 'right' and 'wrong' simply refuses to acknowledge the constraints of them. Nor does she see why she should. There are a whole host of things wrong with Chloe. Terms like "Sociopathic with Psychopathic tendencies", "Hyper-violent", "Mood Disorder"...they've all been thrown around to loosely explain the cause of the young girl's 'troubles'. But the truth of the matter is, Chloe doesn't care what it is, or how to 'fix it' as she's incapable of seeing anything wrong with being the way she is. That's not to say though, that Chloes not intelligent about these 'tendencies' of hers. No, it can be said that perhaps Chloe's too smart about it. After all, she's always careful to keep eyes off of her by putting eyes elsewhere, and if she finds a target that she particularly enjoys tormenting, then she /will/ continue to find ways to cause problems for that person, and is often successful as she's willing to put herself through a lot just to make someone else hurt worse. If it weren't for several 'slip-ups' now and then...why it might almost seem as though Chloe were just a particularly angry teenager. Chloe also tends to be a bit of an isolationist, mostly because she finds it difficult to relate to other people in general, as if she herself is not part of the human race but is, instead, set apart from it. She can be unreadable at times, calm and quiet one moment and then the next ready to fly into a violent rage, followed by uncontrollable fits of laughter on a bad day, and on a good day, she merely comes across as one incapable of feeling anything - least of all sympathy. All in all it could never be said that Chloe was stable or predictable, so those seeking to get close to her should understand that often she's just as quick to make an enemy as a friend, as they tend to be the same in her mind.
